Was doing great, down to 201 , about to break 200 for the first time in last6 years or so. Then started having heel problems so the fall saw me run less, then knee problems, then December was almost no gym!! was up to 221. New shoes, Brooks Glycerine, padded thorlo dress and running socks really helped heel.
Started IMF since Jan 7/221, and today I'm 212 after Gym 5/7 days!!
