Decided to not weigh myself for a break. but am having a good food day, nonetheless.
will get back to WiiFit morning routine tomorrow. might even weigh myself.

Weighed the same twice today, so am going to record a slight loss. Need to see that in my records to keep the reslove alive. Also need to lose 10 pounds by February 25th. Am working on an event for my dance studio and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Really want some of this spare tire I am packing about to have melted away for when I get up and introduce the Master of Ceremonies. Won't be in the limelight for long--just long enough to keep my motivation strong enough to try to look decent at the event.
Fortitude seems to be fragile right now. Will get through today with vigilance and hope it pays off on the scales tomorrow.

Still eating late at night. I discovered I need to eat supper quite late to help curb the desire to snack in the evening, but these last couple of nights I've eaten past 9:00. that appears to be too late. Will aim to have had supper finished by 8:00. That said, life gets in the way. Had 2 events to get to last night and didn't get home until 9:20. Won't worry, but will just try to keep an eye on things. Next thing I need to turn my eye to is sleep. I drag myself to bed at a normal time for me (which is quite late for most people), then lie awake for hours. Got up at 2:30 and ate an ice-cream bar last night. Uggghhhhhhh! Oh well. Today is a new day.

There is something not right in the State of Janeland. I measured myself 4 times and got 4 different weights. Wrote up a journal entry around it and the entry disappeared before I could save it. So here it is again.
Weight seems to be jumping about within 0.5 of a kilogram, depending on how I hold my tongue or where my big toe is on the WiiFit Board. So I shall not record my weight until I have permanently left the 85.xx kg range. I shall in the meantime pay very close attention to foot placement on the board and see if I can get a constant recording. Otherwise, I can't be confident of my progress. My waist, on the other hand is doing well. 107cm today. All in All gotta say, I'm feeling pretty good and confident I will reach my goal and adopt the habits I need to maintain it. Gotta cut out the evening snacks though. They are my downfall.

Aha!. I noticed that my weight varied, depending on how I stood on the WiiFit Board, so I experimented with 'cheating'. At the end, honesty is best and it appears I have gained 0.3 of a kilogram. I'm not surprised, as it often happens that weight loss happens with gusto in the first week, then weight gain (propbably the universe ensuring I don't get cocky or complacent, also a little conversion from fat flab to muscle tone from my dedicated exercising.) So today it is onwards and downwards!
