Feeling a little better about my calories now. I had to cut somewhere, so ordered a salad for dinner. I literally counted what I ate--LOL. Hubby helped when I ordered (I could choose what each ingredient I wanted). I unchecked the cheese and egg. LOL. I'm not exactly sure how many calories I should be having, but I know I'll have another glass of wine before bed, so not done counting yet.

Wow. What a surprise. I went to Wawa and built my own Chicken Chipotle bowl thinking it was healthy. 530 Calories. It had a small amount of spinach, four stripe of roasted chicken, a little bit of salsa (not munch) and a little bit of Chipotle sauce (again not much). I wonder if the nutrition/calories are right on that. A lesson learned! Guess I'll be at a higher caloric intake by the end of the night.

Well...I did pretty good until I decided to have a second glass of wine (they say 5 oz is a glass, I say 8oz is, so I recorded it as 4 glasses tonight). 1431 is a lot of calories. Will have to try a little harder, but dang--it was a tough week and it's Friday night!
