Hello guys it is
Day one
of the 90 day challenge..... here is the menu for today. I am excited!!!!
August 1, 2007 Wednesday Day 1
7:53am 4 boiled egg whites 1 red grapefruit& 1cup of skim ff milk.
10:30am Grapes
12:00pm Gym- Step Circuit
1:00pm salad & 4oz yogurt
4: 00pm apple & orange
6:40pm collard greens with brown rice
7:30-8:30pm Run/Walk

2-morrow is the start of the challenge.breathe in breathe out.....Okay
I am so ready I finsih my frsh fruit & produce shopping today so I am excited. I am pre-planning my meals for easier prep and this time no Taco Soup :-) on th menu. I will actully try some of the recipes in the book and stay with my eating schedule that I have already established along with my workouts.......So cheers everyone here's to the 90 day challenge!!!!

I am so glad TOM is just about over. That bloated feeling sucks. I drank a lot of water this weekend which is good because I usually slack off on the weekends. I will go shopping tomorrow to gear up for 90 Fats Smash non-stop re-up challenge. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have created some posters with encouraging words to hang in frames and place around the house. I will begin posting my food log again on Wednesday 8/1/07 Starting with the lovely 9 day Detox.

-You are so right if I tried to keep up with my hubby I would have to be a pretzel stick..... I feel like that cartoon lady in the commercial with her hubby whos says "he stops drinking soda and lost 12 pounds. I stop drinking soda and lost 1 pound" That is the funniest commerical but it is also true. Men can drop weight quickly...But I will push through this and fight the good fight... I will be a SUCCESSFUL SMASHER!!!!!!

Hello Smashers. My hubby and I have set up a challenge for each other he's doing great by the way he is about (173pds 24 pounds less than his former 197 pds)so what!!!! men its not fair.
We are doing Fat Smash again but with no breaks in between the whole 90 days consecutively and on the line for me is a new car and for him a total makeover which incldues a whole new wardrobe. We got some high stakes here and all I have to lose is 23 pounds . (Secretly I know he's doing this so I won't give up awww..)Not that I have any intention on giving up my smashing..Its a new lifestyle for me but this will be fun soooo..... on August 1st we began and boy!!!! am I going to need you guys for support I know I can do it, we all are doing it so cheers to all of you and I am ready to kick number 23 in the BUTT....poof

Feeling a little crappy and crampy T.O.M. is here... ugghh nothing like being bloated to start off your day but I know it will pass so here is todays food menu Happy smashing!!!!
