Hi Everyone!
I was doing WW for over 1 year. I lost 29 lbs. and quit last Oct. I rejoined in Jan. but couldn't seem to stay motivated and the scale went up and down 2 or 3 lbs. I finally quit in Jun. and have gained 10 lbs already!! It is amazing how that happens so fast. WW became too expensive for me so I am trying to do it on my own which obviously isn't working ha!
I would like to get some support to get back on track. Much appreciated and have a great day on your weight loss journey!

Fibromyalgia
Hi everyone,
Is anyone out there suffering with fibro and needing to lose weight? I realize the best way to lose is to eat right and exercise but my fibro makes it almost impossible to exercise. I was just wondering if anyone o is dealing with the same issue and how are you handling it. Thanks!
