No drive to exercise today, but I'm sure I will do a little something. Can't wait for next week! 2lbs to be shed 168/7 would be a nice, nice reward. Have yet to measure.

Really cooked up a storm today. chick/rice soup, pinto/rice, stuffed cabbage leaves. Had 2 cab. leaves and one was enough but they tasted sooooo good! starting to incl.new exercise for abs & lower bod. Tomorrow is a great day....looking forward to it!

2nd day w/no forman exercise. invited out to dinner. chicken and rice, salad, banana pudding, whole grain roll. No roll, 1 cup salad, 1/4 c pudding. chicken thigh w/skin and rice 1/4 cup. I think my calorie count is way low for this meal so I'm going to assume a full day's cal. intake met.
