Just trying to stay healthy for my family. Having a daughter had me gain 65pounds of weight I had lost from my biggest weight of 375 lbs. Walking and going places are easier on my lungs. Feeling the loss in all aspects of my body mind and spirit.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I do like to encourage myself by checking my weight. I feel like some days I'm heavier and some days I'm lighter. If I don't check and I find I've only lost 1 pound or if I've feeling full and I've gained 3 pounds I feel horrible enough to continue my routine that works for me. I'm not excessive with checking it. But I do like to know the progress my body has done because I've been 127 pounds heavier then I am now. And just the mirror gives me a reflection of beauty that was hidden under layers of depression and self destruction. Now that I've had my daughter it's inspired me to watch my weight closely to stay alive and healthy for her.....( proud mommy)
