WORKING ON QUITING SMOKING AND COUNTING CALORIES, THIS IS CRAZY BUT I WILL SURVIVE. ALOT OF STRESS IN MY LIFE. I JUST HOOKD UP WITH A FRIEND AND WE ARE GOING TO START WALKING NEXT WEEK. I NEED THIS I SIT ALL DAY AT MY JOB AND I NEED TO MOVE SO BAD. THEY TOLD US MY MOM WILL HAVE TO BE IN A ASST. LIVING APARTMENT SHE IS SO DEPRESSED. JEFF STILL IS NOT WORKING AND IS NEGATIVE ALL THE TIME.. NO WONDER I EAT AND SMOKE.
