Today is my day to get back on track after a whirlwind weekend which started Thursday night. It's been a feeding frenzy over the holiday weekend! Not to mention all the alcohol and partying.
It was fun while it lasted, and now it's time to focus on my goal rather than satisfying a craving or giving in to the moment.

I went out last night with my boyfriend.. I told myself I was only going to have a couple drinks (gin and soda), and I ended up getting totally drunk. I'm so ashamed today, I was drinking beer and whiskey and shots. UGH!! I feel like I totally sabotaged everything! I can't even remember how much I had. how embarassing.
I'm going to get right back on track today.
