I did so well but no noticed, Ide lost 14 lbs, my pants were baggie my face was thinner yet no one noticed.....poor me so I gained it all back. I said to my self, if no one notice you thin no one notices you fat...except me. As I doing this for everyone eases approval or am I doing this for me? I dont know?

Week 2: Out of control week-end, ate everything I was to throw away. Why do I do that? I was stressed and bored... snowed-in and broke so I stayed in and ate ... Started again today.
My digital scale is broken so I didnt get to weigh in unless I didnt gain or lose an ounce...
MONTRA FOR THE DAY: Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Day 4: Had a perfect diet day. No candy at night. I'm worried about the weigh in on Mon. I have to learn to be patient. If I'm staying on program, Ive got to be losing.... right? I tried on my new Christmas cloths and they looked like crap. I need to lose the 6-7 pounds I gained over the holiday to look good in them. I was so excited that everything fit, I think I just got them because I could zip the pants and button the top regardless what it looked like on me. I'll try them on again in two weeks. Nothing planned for the week-end
