fat 40.9% yesterday had a whole pizza Margherita for lunch, didn't realise it's like about a 1000 calories on it's own until I logged it! well I enjoyed it ☺️ problem is I have gotten into this habit of snacking around 10:30pm just before I go to sleep, yesterday it was olives, ementhal cheese, then came wheat crackers to go with the cheese, I had some chickpeas which were leftover, I need to make an effort to stop this. it's became a habit this week and then I got to sleep at 1:30 am! so that means 4.5 hours of sleep, no. no no.

fat 40.5% I could have lost more but last night I broke my elimination diet and had red wine which triggered 2 slices of cheese, 4 feta cubes, lots of olive oil, and 4 pieces of sourdough rolls. why do I sabotage my results? why?
