fat 41.1% will need to try and put in a few more steps than yesterday. well soup 2 day is finished, had double portions yesterday for all three meals. today I start the 28 day challenge on 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. already prepped for Day 1 and day 2 meals. received my order for some good EVO from Pozzallo and had a great tasting 😊. finally a good EVO! yesterday did the lower body sculpt, 30 mins. angry with myself today. shot a glass mug with my foot, it crashed onto the stairs and chipped (huge) one of the stairs. tried to put some pieces together, ran out of Loctite, now I need to go and buy. ufffa! a spoke in the wheel in today's agenda. oh well!

fat 41.8% the soup is very satisfying and also takes out the constant question what am I going to eat or opening the fridge mindlessly. just walking to Sliema and taking the bus part of the way also made me get out of the house and start walking again. we get caught up with chores and phone scrolling and whatever, best to stick to a plan. did cardio burn learn yesterday, making a timetable. it's already been a month since I was this weight. I want to get rid of it forever!

fat 41.9% woke up at 4:30am remembering I have a wedding on 6th June! I still have to see what I am going to wear. need to go down at least 1/2 kilo till Saturday or otherwise my dress will burst at the seams! why am I struggling so? joined the walkfit app to report my walking. it's 16:15, walked 7680 steps so far. I am having probiotics detox soup by Bodyfix Jaana. the pot should last 2 days, breakfast lunch and dinner. stupid me I sneaked in some bread with butter to finish off the lunch. I must resist the bread. the soup is good enough, no need for xtra sides.

fat 41.9% why? why why? stopped going to the pool because subscription was due in a month so suspended it. it has increased to €780, I doubt I will renew again. I should start going for a walk, I know this helped. not housework. maybe exercise video, just moving.

fat 41.8% yesterday I baked 12 chocolate and hazelnut cookies, no egg, no flour, no fats. added 1/4 TSP chilli powder and 1/2 TSP cinnamon. really good flavour. sadly my weight has gone up again, so I really need to start walking again or do home video exercises. already did 7 minutes workout. I have some chores to finish and then go.
