Okay So I didnt gain any weight, but this is the first time I weighed myself since I started here. I was just guessing with the 150.
On july 31 I am going to the dominican republic so I need to kick it in high gear for the next week and a half!!!

My new idea to help me eat better:
No carbs after lunch! (I know I cant limit them the whole day, it would never last)
My friends want to make cupcakes tonight, we'll see how this goes...
