I made it through the holiday without over doing it so I am happy about that. I am back on the grind. Today I ate 1172 calories and I burned 1067 calories.I forgot I had a bag of carrots in the fridge, they came in handy when I wanted a snack. ONE DAY AT A TIME!

I joined the 6 Week Six Pack challenge so far so good. The program starts off slowly which is a good thing I guess to keep people from getting discouraged. The diet is basic and seems pretty easy to follow. I haven't had any sweet drinks in a week and I don't miss them. I WILL PREVAIL!
