I found a wonderful and tasty meal for breakfast or lunch. 1 egg on whole wheat toast, and two tbsp of guacamole spread.

My weight goes up and down through the month, so I'm not sure if this is a permanent loss or not. Time will tell, but it's still nice.

I weighed myself at the beginning of Apirl and I was up to 164 lbs again, so I started walking first 15 minutes a day, and increased it so that now I'm doing 30 min in the morning and around 35 in the evening and I'm down to 156 lbs. Also staying away from junk food.
