147 lbs now and wearing a size eight. I am satisfied with where I am now but ... there are a few items I have in size 8 that are starting to be a little bit too lose around my waist. I am really happy with my size now. I eat healthy foods, I only eat when I feel hungry.. usually about two small meals a day and one snack. I am a short person at 5'2" .. my philosophy is .. if you are a tall person, you can eat more.. if you are a short person you eat less. My reasoning for that is... if you had a German Shepard and a small poodle. you would not feed them the same amount of food. so if you are a smaller person and people keep telling you that you are not eating enough.. remind them that you are a poodle and they are a German Shepard and little people don't need to eat as much as a big man... and I am done with men or people telling me I am not eating enough. I am eating just fine and I have been sticking at 147 lbs for quite some time now. My doctor said my "numbers" are the best they have ever been and I am in good condition. I am also a pescatarian so I don't eat animal products. I love my fish and veggies.

150 lbs , I have lost 38 lbs.. I now power walk 5 miles every day I can..also just started push ups and squats...size 10 but can fit in a size 8 but I have some belly fat that wants to hang over the size 8 waistline...that's why I do the sit ups. But I'm thankful for the weight loss.

OK< Back again. My friend Densible just inspired me to get back on the weight loss wagon. I going to try to take it one day at a time, and try to keep on track, but maybe it is just not giving up that is what inspired me. I have gained a lot of weight back, so I need to follow that path of perseverance like my friend Densible is doing.

one pound up. We had a hectic week and didn't cook the way I should have. But I am hoping to get that one pound off and send more away with it this week. It is important that I make healthy food because hubby needs it. We have not been back to the doctor for blood work yet, but our blood pressure is really good.
