Going from less carbs to more fat (good fat) has reduced my hunger pangs big time. One meal replacement a day has been key to shedding weight. (I now make my own without any soy or whey or preservatives.) I am not a big fan of meals, so I have one meal a day, plus one meal replacement, and I allow myself a bit of whatever here and there throughout the day, whilst counting my calories at the same time. Using fat secret now is so much easier than 10 years ago when I first joined. Before I had to research myself: the calories, the food, and input everything in the system myself. This used to take hours. Now all the hard work has been done by the users and all the food with the calories is already in the system. All I need to do is control my mouth. Easy when I think of peer pressure and how much I want it to stop for good. M.Next I want to try fasting for 24 hours minimum and see if I can manage that whist being hunger pang free.
