Its my birthday!
My goal was to be in the, "Under 200" club by this date. I actually achieved that goal on my weigh-in 6/25/23.
This morning, I'm at 192lbs. I'm very happy with my progress and I will keep going.
I'm not going to track my foods today. I don't have plans to go way off track, but, I sm going to treat myself to a cupcake, and a nice dinner out this evening.
I've worked hard. I feel so much more energized.
I deserve to celebrate not only my birthday, but, to take a moment to celebrate my journey, and all that I've learned in pursuing my greatest health!
I wish each and everyone of you the very best on your journey to optimal health and longevity! 3 cheers for all!
