Tempted to incorporate fasting into my day to day life, any good apps to get started on? Recommended fast times? Tips for someone semi-new to it? I was a faster in secondary school but not healthily.. trying to do it right this time 💗

How often is everyone weighing themselves? I used to weigh every single morning but it caused me a lot of body and restricting issues. Is once a week the way to go or longer?
