Decided to weighin on monday. I did weigh myself today and I'm up 3lbs from having drinks friday night. Just part of it though. Going to drink loads of water today and try to flush it all out. :) Also keeping an eye on the tropical storm. Not overly worried about it sitting here on top of the big hill..but the rain could flood the areas near me since we had so much rain recently.. in other news my cherry tomato bush looks Great!! lol. I also took measurements on Thursday. Bust: 47.25, waist: 43, hips: 58. Now I just want to shrink them down some. Would love to see my hip measurements reduce more quickly. I'm going to scroll back through my journals til i find my old measurements. I have them recorded there somewhere. lol. Plans for the day are cleaning my 3yr old's room, it's totally wrecked. Dishes, laundry, and I might go to the store before it starts raining here, so I can stay put the rest of the week. Alright be safe everyone and I hope this storm doesn't flood anyone out. :)

Up 1/2 pound. But that's alright. Hubby wanted pizza last night, so I had some too. I did go out to walmart last night for cherrios, almond milk, and cherry tomatoes since we here out...




And walked for about 40mins before doing the shopping part of the trip. :) Walmart doesn't carry the gloves I need for the contact boxing class, so I'll be swinging by a sporting goods store today at some point. leaving for my friends house in about an hour, we're tearing down her old trampoline since it can't be fixed and going to try and fit it all in her garbage can. lol. Then we're going to see Brave with the girls. (3 little girls ages 3-5) and then my friend and I are having a girls night out. :) A few drinks and I'm going to play some pool if the guys don't hog the tables. lol. Oh also reeeeally sore today from the yoga class the other day. But it's not that bad. I can still move, and I don't mentally cringe at the thought of siting, standing or stretching. But I do have the urge to stretch often. Alright that's it then. :) And I'll talk with yall tomorrow. ^.^

Sliding on down! Woot! Went to the gym last night, they gave me a free day pass, reeeally want to try the contact boxing class, but i was late. But I did get to peek in at it. And it looked like so much fun!!!!! Gah I'm so excited about trying it. I did do a yoga class while I was there, and boy could I tell I haven't done yoga in awhile. Plus there were some moves I hadn't done before, but really enjoyed. Mildly sore today from it. But it was great. Walked a mile in 19.5 mins. So basically stuck between 3mph and 3.5 the whole time. I really wanted to jog but jogging on a treadmill vs, outside just feels different and I wasn't use to their treadmills. so yeah I didn't though I wanted to. lol. The 80's seem to be moving right along and off too. It would be great to see 285 by monday. And possible. But I probably won't see it til tuesday or wednesday at the rate I'm going. :) Usually after I lose a little bit, then the scale will stick a day or two before moving on again. On a side note, got home at 8pm, left around 5:40, and my 3yr old was still up and watching cartoons in her bed with the lights on...so mildly worried about that. Don't know why my husband thought she should have cartoons and lights on at bedtime.. -_- She should have been out by 7:30. But I have to give Jules credit for wrapping her daddy around her little finger. lol. Have a great day everyone. :)

Lots of dancing yesterday. :) Also did some of the step workout that we had done at the gym on the step up from my den/office area to the rest of the house. :3 Jumping up and down that step too was fun. lol. And it must be agreeing with my body since I'm down a lb and a half from yesterday. :P lol. And I'm beautiful just the way I am. But it's great to feel healthy And beautiful. lol. I think we need a picture. ^.^ Me on my girls birthday night out.


Plans for the day: Count my calories for meals and snacks as I have them, water often. I'm watching my friend's girls for the next few hours, then we might go check out that gym I called yesterday together...with 3 kids in tow. lol. And walmart for some shopping. My new protien power is Fantastic!! Tastes just like hot cocoa. O.O I add it too a cup of coffee, so it's like a mocha latte. So rich. 60g of protein for 170 calories such a win. Going to look into a pair of gloves for that contact boxing class today too. And if my car key comes in the mail today I might go to the gym tonight!! :3 for a free session. Woot! Really excited about that. Alright, well time for a snack. :) The week's half over so Rock it like a boat in a hurricane and enjoy the rest of your day!!! Woot!

Back down!! :D 289.5 today. So glad it slid right off today. And didn't take the rest of the week to do it. lol. Yesterday was the day of hell here my house. lol. I think I mentioned it in my journal for yesterday but yeah. Hopefully today as many less messes. I'm also quite sore today. My back, hips, butt, thighs. The daily dancing is working it's magic I swear. lol. Just added rump shaker to my playlist.. XD Yes I probably look like a complete idiot dancing, but i'm smiling and having fun doing it. lmbo. Loving my clearance water bottle I picked up 2 weeks ago. It's only a 32oz, but it's easier to cart around the house and fits in my big purse better. Going to try for day 2 of getting laundry complete. I was completely blown off course by cleaning up after Jules yesterday. aRgh. And now I'm going to go listen to rump shaker, bust a few moves in my kitchen and eat some breakfast. :P lol. Have a great tuesday and don't laugh too much over all my silliness. lol


Ps:

Called a gym in the area this morning and while they don't offer childcare. A little church daycare a block over does. The prices sound reasonable...so this is a maybe thing for me. And they have a contact boxing class. O.O So neat!! Also it's open til 9pm so I might get to go after dinner, if i can convince my husband to give jules her bath and put her to bed at night. As soon as my spare key comes in the mail, I'm going to go check it out. Free day pass too. So i can see if it's for me.
