This is getting ridiculous. I'm now up from the time I started. I know that I weighed later in the day, I had to eat out yesterday cause I was traveling, and I just recently dropped down in plans. This could all affect why I'm not losing but I don't like it!
I asked why they don't recommend takeoff for people over 300 and they couldn't give me a very good answer. She thinks it's a calorie intake thing. She told me I could try it if I wanted and that I could do 8oz of protein instead of 6. I'm going to try this Monday and Tuesday.
I'm getting depressed over following the plan and not seeing results. Has anyone else struggled like this when they first signed up?!? AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Ok, so I'm a bit nervous about the rest of this week. I've been home since I started LAWL but normally travel for work 90%. I go back on the road tomorrow. I'm actually only going to gone tomorrow and Friday. Maybe this is a good test of staying on the plan even when I have to eat out. It's only 2 days...not a whole week. I have to remember that! Here come the tests!!
I am happy however. Last time I was at the center, they helped me figure out what to have at Chipotle and how to count it. This helps a lot because it's quick, easy, delicious and my friends LOVE to go there!

As of saturday I'm up again. Grrrr. So Saturday was a rough day anyway, all emotional and stuff, so when I saw I was up again and only down 1 pound since starting 2 weeks ago I had to hold back the tears.
Fortunately, the counselor there was awesome. They are lowering my plan from 5 to 4 earlier than planned since I'm being super good and not losing anything. Hope next week is better!!

So I'm up about a half a pound. However, I did a bit too much celebrating for mine and my friend's birthday. So...yeah I'm up, but I'm back on track now. We'll see how saturday's weigh in goes.
