I just recorded a long entry and posted it, but it got lost. I have horrible internet service here :( it wasn't anything exciting, just doing the same old same old. Need to work on exercise & not eating late, thats it.

ok, home IT box shows 144.2 again I'm not sure how accurate and it is early in the morning. My next visit to the WL Clinic is Monday afternoon late we will see what their scale shows. But at least I feel good, clothes fit so much better, I'm getting down to the lower size clothes in my closet. Still not sure I should get rid of the larger ones. I may wait until I'm at my goal weight for a year than get rid of larger ones. Kind of a pain since I have brand new dress work pants that are at the larger size with the labels still on them! I got them mail order so not sure I can return or exchange them for a smaller size, but I might see if I can.

down/up/down Such is the Adventure! My home scale this morning in the buff weighed me at 146.2 which is nice but not sure how accurate. But I'll take it. I'm only posting the weight that matches the one from the clinic when it is lower than the 151.6 though. But at least my IT box shows less so that will help keep me on track today, since where I work today there are normally temptations there and on the way plus I need to go grocery shopping after work, so I will behave & stick to my woe!

152.4 from clinic scale today 415pm in normal work clothes, then I weighed at home on scale (which weighs me up/down within minutes!) it showed 150.6. The last week 9/3 10:30am in uniform clothes at clinic it was 153. So I guess I'm going down. Just wish it was more/quicker. BUT I know it is better to lose slow and steady. So I will continue to keep on/keeping on. I need to up my exercise more than just going to work and daily normal activity, but the weather is so hot and I'm tired when I get home and on weekends or days off I just want to do nothing! Plus I need to be more consistent with my water intake. I like water so that should not be a big issue, just when I'm working outside jobs I don't like to drink to much (limited access to bathroom) but again, I should NOT let that be an issue. So this next week I strive to up exercise or at least start some routine EXERCISE & keep my water intake on a daily intake!

still around the 151 point from what the scale shows at the clinic. Mine weights a couple pounds less, so I'm going by theirs for now. I really want to get one of those doctors scales that use the slide weights. I think they are the most accurate, better than electronic ones. I have a gift card from Amazon and I see they have them on there maybe I'll get it from there. Last week my weight showed 157.6 (from 155 the weeks before) from the clinic. I'm not sure where I got the 151 I listed from Aug 22. Maybe it was from mine? But for now I'm going to just post the one they show. The week before was on a day before my regular weigh in and later in the day with more clothes on. I'm doing ok. It is nice seeing it go down from last week that is for sure. I did up my water and protein intake this past week, so I think that may have helped. I really need to get out and exercise, but after work I just don't feel like it. Plus it is so HOT! I don't have good AC (only small portable) in my apartment and that doesn't help. BUT I will be ok.
