Mom of two, doing P90x for the first round, started 2/9/11. Never had a weight problem until recently and want to lose 30 pounds with about 24% body fat. Don't want to be cut, but I do want definition.
I've also been diagnosed with PCOS which makes weight loss a challenge.
Realized something was wrong when I did a RockFit fitness challenge / product test for 10 days and lost very little inches or weight, even though I was walking uphill or running 3 miles per day with an hour of machine work. I outworked most of the people there and followed the diet perfectly and got very discouraged.
But now on P90x I'm very committed, and will conquer this.
