Oh how I wished that FS would integrate with my Polar Flow App, which records my Sleeping, sitting, standing, walking and running or / exercise + number of steps taken distanced walked during the day, active time. and Kcal burned. It even gives me inactivity stamps if I sit for too long.
MyFitnessPal is integrated, but that app and site does not have the sense of community found here. So I have to find a way to make it work here. The exercise tracker on FS is tedious at best. All of my stats fluctuate some what from day-to-day, I love the fact that my activity tracker and phone app are able to capture all of that.
I'll stop complaining now and see if I can find a way to make this work.
I know lots of people have FitBits I wonder how they manage the data on this site.

Changing my goal weight and my diet start date because I have not been on a diet at all in 2016. Not certain that my diet will start today, but the logging will start today (12-3-2016)
I may stick with the 5:2 diet plan, I don't see any other diets that interest me. I'm not looking for a diet gimmick, I just need to eat healthy wholesome foods in reasonable amounts. I need to cook my meals vs eating out all of the time.
I like the idea of intermittent fasting so I won't rule that out at this point.
Let's see where this goes.

I was doing great for a long time. Fell off the wagon after my son graduated in May, was lazy and ate what ever I wanted this entire summer into the fall. Now I feel stuffed. I'm back to get myself together!!
