Holy cow!! down 1.8lbs in 4 days. I guess drinking that water is really helping. :-) Once i hit 199 i think I am going to dance all day long. I havent been this weight in 6 years!!!

ok I know im only supposed to weigh in once a week BUT i wanted to see how much i had lost since i started again after Christmas. Well last friday i was 203.7 lbs and today I am 202.4 I am happy as I can be right now I lost almost all the weight I put on over Christmas week!! :-)

Well it is January 5th and WE really need to get this diet back in GEAR!! I only gained 1lb over the Christmas week which is GREAT! I Need to get all the CANDY outta my house though because I am still eating it!!! I have also gone back to only drinking water!!!!!!!!! That should help me. Also, Welcome to Fatsecret all my friends from NPRA!! We CAN do this!! I think having you on here will also help me!
