I'm in my 30's, married, two rescue black kitties named Chimi and Rito. At my highest I weighed 160lbs in 2019-2020. I started with cutting calories before working out. I lost 10 pounds first then started the tough process of getting back into shape. My goal is 130, but anything around or under 135 is pretty nice for me. I am 5'5", short torso, long legs. Love the supportive nature of this community.
