Well, it's weekend again and I'm determined to make it a good one!
I will prove myself that I can go one weekend without cheating or drinking...the reward will be a nice weight loss on my weigh in by wednesday.
I know I'm on the right path, I can see it.

Almost the same weight for the last 2 weeks...Plateau?
I don't think so...I know I've been falling off the wagon and getting on more than a few times this last couple of weeks, I tried to justify it by saying it's a party, or a wedding or whatever...if one has the will, one does what is needed to be strong in the face of temptations.
But truth be told, If it wasn't for the gym and exercise I've been doing my weight could've been easily 3 or 4 pounds more than what it is, maybe even more.
Although last week I decided to advance to phase 3 of the diet; I am now, thansks to all I've read here, more aware of what, how and when to eat, and I will incorporate that knowledge into my lifestyle.
I will stop the cal counting for a few weeks, give that a try and see if it works, I already kinda know the do's and dont's, so I hope I can take that "freedom" and make it an advantage.
I will also incorporate one thing I've read and liked so much that decided to always have in mind: "Eat smart and move more...it works!"

This will sound repetitive, LOL, but this was a weekend of Chaos and caloric decadence!
Weedings on Fri and Sat, Mother's celebration at my Grandma's yesterday.
I didn't even counted calories...no use really, although I'll try to remember what I ate and record it, it will help me to track my weak angles and come up with a strategy to avoid them.
My stomach is normal again (I think), I now have a mild flu...
Regardless...I will weigh in on Wednesday, and let the result be what it has to be....hopefully I will remain weighting the same..I really will settle with not gaining after all I packed and drinked.
Leaving all that aside my weekend was great, I got to be with my friends and family and it was remarkably fun.
Hope everyone else's weekend was as fun as mine!
This week I will adhere 100%...I'm commited to give 110%

I've been having some stomach issues and am retaining most of what I eat...so until that is settled I refuse to weigh in, LOL!.
And to top it all, I think I'm coming down with a flu...and boy I need to be in shape for the weekend.
Aside from that, the sunburn/tan from the weekend is wearing down and I look like my skin is falling apart...I've learned to use sunblock!

What a wonderful weekend!
The weather was just perfect, well, it was very hot though!, and I am sunburned (I'm kind of tanned but it kinda hurts, yestarday was almost too painful to even be laid down or even walk...today I'm almost back to normal), but setting that a side, I had a really great time with my friends and my gf, I enjoyed myself quite nicely.
On the caloric side, it wasn't so good, nor so bad I behaved just a little offlimits considering all of the sugary starchy snacks laying everywhere.
I will record a weigh in on wednesday to give myself a chance to let all the alcohol out of my system and to sweat in the gym all the bad toxins that are probably still inside me.
I hope you all had a very nice weekend and that you have a very good week.
