after getting married, having a honey moon out of control, christmas, thanksgiving, new year, and a recent house move instead of losing pounds I managed to gain another 20...my goal right now is to lose them, and then go after the original 20 to be at 182...it's a long way, but I'll go 1 pound at a time to make sure the goal is accomplished.

Hello y'all
It's been a while since I've been here, so let me cover the basics.
I've been weight training for the last 3 months. I really can tell a huge difference in the Muscle-Fat ratio in my body, although in weight terms I'm in the same place.
My nieces came visiting for about three weeks and it was absolute madness in the house...basically I avoid eating junk food by not having it around, but with them being here and having it all over the place I just wasn't strong enough, the good thing is that it didn't have an impact because I was still going to the gym, but I haven't seen a weight loss in about 1.5 months...so I'm starting agoin on Induction for a few weeks to kickstart the loss.
I'll try to come back more often, but between work and the upcoming wedding it's absolute chaos, and I almost don't have free time...I try to be super focused to be able to go to the gym.

OK, so I didn't weigh in last week because I just celebrated my bd, and consumed some whisky, some cake and a few tacos...all this week I followed the WOE to the letter, except on friday, I was asked to help selling Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to help raising funds for the hurricaine (Alex) that swiped the city, and inevitably I ate one!
That being said, and those being my only "cheats", I think that 2 pounds lost is nevertheless a step forward in the right path.
also I'm feeling more energetic and I'm still transforming fat into muscle, I can tell and everyone else as well.

Ok, it's the second week of Induction, already on the first week I've dropped 2 pounds which is amazing, considering my previous experience I feel that the effort was well worth it.
I will continue to do my best although this week is my b-day so I'll probably have a few drinks, but will remain strong on the food side.
S o far I do feel that my cravings for sweets are little by little going away...yesterday I had no problems passing on a very delicious mango and cream cheese cake!...I usually would've had 2 or 3 servings.
So, I'll update soon on how the full Induction went.
