I'll be fasting today for lunch. This might be a hard thing to do because there is always a temptation. When my mom baked zucchini bread that had chocolate Icing Last time, I could smell it in the whole house and I was starving. After I fasted, I went straight to the Zucchini bread. Yum!

Update:
I have been drinking water ever since I got up this morning which is really healthy for me. I have these sick motion swings when I work out. But, I think it comes from not working out for so long especially during the winter when it is really cold outside. But Hopefully, I can just push through he sickness and emotions and get better as time goes on.

UPDATE:
It looks like I haven't snacked one time and I made it through just by eating one microwaved egg and a Juice. I just need a little bit of training to ignore my food satisfaction and slowly remove snacks from the equation.

I will not include yesterday's nutrition but today is a new day. Which means I am going to be keeping myself from eating unhealthy. I soon found out that it is harder to lose weight than it is to gain weight.

As you can tell, Yesterday I got out of hand big time. I headed to the sugar again. But I realize that I need to start breaking my habit of eating sugary foods every time I think about snacking.
