I had a total binge last night and i've gained 2 pounds ina day.... i need to work my ass off today.

ooh .4 of a pound lost today; weight loss is slowing down somewhat. this is the only non-starvation doet i've ever stuck to so i suppose its noemal t only lose 0.4 of a pound? maybe even 0.2 or 0 somedays? if 2 pounds a week is normal then i should at least see .2 differance a day i think.
i dont think i'll be able to stop weighing everyday and its not doing me any harm so why not carry on?

today i donated blood and i ate a bit too much after because i was feeling a bit dizzy-i didnt eat loads though so it should be ok. my exercise today was pritty bad too because i was looking after my baby cousin all day then i had a beaver scout meeting (i'm going to be a leader lol) and i managed 40 minutes on my dance mat before my arm started hurting and my dad came home and wanted the tv lol.
i'm feeling happy today :D i'm doing well with my dont eat after 7pm challenge so i hope i can keep it upthis weekend.

well i've some how lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning despite that snacking i did yesterday- the dance mat burned it all of obviously and i went to bed at 7ish so evening binge was avoided. today i'll try harder to stick to just 3 under 100 calorie snacks like the diet says so i'll have 1 at 10:30/11, one when i come out of the gym (about 3pm probably) and one at 6. that should be ok. i'm doing the dont eat after 7 challenge still but i'll probably be in bed at 9 tonight anyway.

ok so im starting slim fast today and also the dont eat after 7pm challenge...we'll see how it goes.
