yay i've finally reached goal one; its almost a week late like but lets not worry about that, the point is that im catching up :) i did cheat the diet a little last night; i ate 2 jaffa cakes but seen as tey have about 46 calories each it didnt seem to cause much effect.

well i've been slacking for the last week or so but yesterday went down well so i need to keep it up! avoiding food today shouldnt be too difficult; i'm at work all day then youth club then i have to walk home which takes just under an hour (well i dont HAVE to walk but the bus isnt for like 40 mins when i leave)and on the way back is my gym/pool so i'll nip in for a swim. so by the time i get home it'll be half 9 so i'll just ave time to jump in the shower then i'll be off to bed. so providing i can resist the temptations of the food shops whilst i'm waiting for busses/walking round (which i can because i can just play a game on my ipod until my cravings go) then i should be ok.
We'll see how it goes

Today i bought a new swim suit today; its a black tankini and matching bottems, i cant wait for my holidays lol. on the other hand walking around in a swimsuit all week is still a bit daunting baring in mind my holiday is in a month and i'm way off tarh=get with myweight goals.
am on liquids only, i'm feeling ok about it so far. i was realy craving food earlier but i made a jelly & had some water gravy which seems to have got rid of it some what. i'm going to go swimming in a bit i think.

Emergency! holiday is in a month and too slaking means i'm no where near where i need to be! my weigh in is tomorow coz i'm still at pauls and hw has no scales! i hope i've not put any weight on...
