somehow lost 2pounds even tho i totally binged yesterday; must have been water weight i gained in the first place; going to look into different diets because i all ready dont like this one; theres hardly anything i can eat, its expensive and its making me fart alot :/ i'll make up a new fad diet (or modify my old one) my last one on here seemed to work so ill bring it up and mod it x

i'm baack, i was considering deleteing all my journal but couldn't be bothered! :D so i've not used this site for over a year! (didnt realise it had been that long) and i've managed to gain a load of weight, lose a load of weight, gain a load of weight and now im osing it again. my highest weight is 245 pounds!! i got it down to 232 last week but because im so amazing im 239 this morning so to save confusion i've put that as my new sw.
im trying atkins because my mum lost a load of weight on it a few years ago when it was fasionable (again, again, again) there must be something in it because this diet keeps coming back in fasion and most diets that have come out after it are all high protien low carb diets.
i watched a tv program about it and it kind of makes more sence to me now; basically it stops the body from having to produce as much insulin because your not taking in and sugars (carbs) so your blood sugar levels stay the same instead of them rising when you eat then dipping again a few hours later making you crave more sugar which kind of makes sence on why i want to eat when im not hungry.
going on this id say the first few days are going to be hard because my sugar levels will be lower than usual and my body will be craving its usual fix of high-carb food but after a couple of days my body should be used to not having the sugar so i shouldnt crave it? not sure if thats right but thats my understanding of it anyway.
in terms of exercise i've got lazy recently; i started going to the gym with my bf (he's new since my last post :)<3) and he's stopped going so i've sort of stopped. i dont have a 9-5 job anymore so i'll start going to classes during the day again then i wont have to worry about dragging him to the gym with me.
personal stuffs: my bulimia keeps poking its ugly head back up now and again; not got too serious tho. new bf as i said earier; he's lovely :). new job thats my old job lol; not going to go into it too much but if i lose weight i'll get a lot more work.
anyway i dont think anyone has the time to read all this but nevermind; i feel beter for posting x
