i've not been on here in ages. i ended up losing some weight then gaining it back and more and i'm losing again now (lost about 10lbs) watch this space

day 2 went well, no slip ups and more weight loss.
yesterday was day 3 and i went out with my familly-diet broken. I had Gammon and eggs with chips and peas at a pub (it was really nice tho) and then we went to the fudge shop and i couldnt resist buying some (and eating half of it). I may be inclided the throw the rest of it away so i dont eat it. anyway this day led to weight gain this morning but i think it may just be some of the water weight I lost (ill stick with that because it makes me feel better lol)
anyway back to reality I need to be more careful; I'm going out with my bf today and if he wants to eat out i have to say "NO THANK YOU" how hard should that be? we're going to the gym then to the cinima i think so when he tries to buy me fizzy drink/sweets/ice cream/popcorn/nachos/whatever i have to say "NO THANK YOU" 3 words thats all it is. if i can do it today i can do it everyday.
im going to set some goals and for every goal i meet i can buy myself something nice :)

got weighed this morning; 2 pounds down, i weigh ever day but im only going to regester it once a week to alow for for water weight and stuff. I've never completed this diet in full before but im gunna give it a good go this time however im going on holiday with my bf in a couple of weeks and this diet will be impossible with him but he says he's doing atkins so for the week im away ill do that with him (if i can stay off the booze lol) i think it'll help becuse after 2-3 weeks this diet slows my metabolism down really bad so maybe this will bring it back up without gaining too much, people on the atkins tend to eat less calories so it should be fine. we'll see.
what will day 2 bring?

changing diets again; just going to calorie count. this laast week exercising has been esy but eating is impossible; my bf keeps eating out with me n end up eating too much :/ anywy me n him are having some space this week so if i lose more than 2 pounds this week i know he's impcting on my progress; if not then ill own up to having no will power and its nothing to do with him why im failing. we shall see x

im staying in a hotel for work for the next few days which just happens to be next to one of the gyms i go to with an olimpic sized lane pool so no excuses! :p. there is the breakfast buffet to consider but having an atkins style breakfast this morning seemed to satisfy and less then 400 calories so i think ill be ok. the problem i've got is what happened last night; my bf is coming to stay over-night with me and wants to go out for tea evernight which means loads of calories!! last night i ate 3 massive peices of pizza and still had room for some ice cream :x quite disgusting really.
anyway onwards and up, gunna get on with some work then once my breakfast has settled ill go to the gym/swimming whatever :p ill see if theres any classes on; i need to do some swimming for one of my challenges so ill do that too.
