Ok, starting diet today. Don't really know how many calories I'm supposed to eat on a diet. I'll have to research that. Feeling the pressure already and it is just the first day, lol.

1.12.12 I'm not starting my diet until 1.16.12 but I entered the biscuit and coffee I ate for breakfast to see how many calories it was and it was alot! I need to find a way to not eat all the carbs and fats that I have been indulging in. I am feeling excited about starting my diet come Monday. I think I am can do it since most of the major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas are out of the way.
