OH man, major sodium means major water retention today..up 1.4. I had canned beans twice yesterday, I checked the sodium on my preferences in my food journal and it was WAY higher than usual, so WAAAH I don't get to 127 even this week. Oh well. I'm going to try and cut down a little on the salt today and drink lots of water. I'm going to try to keep the calories down today and hopefully I will get a drop tomorrow.
Got to get groceries today, and probably go get school clothes for Kaelyn. Other than that, not much happening.
Hope everyone is having a good morning/day! I'll update later if anything interesting happens, its only 8 in the morning right now. :)

Hello, how is everyone's day so far? I am babysitting today, and I am TIRED already. I am going to try to get a workout at some point. I was really low energy yeterday and I still managed to do 20 minutes of intense Pilates(OMG it was like Pilates from hell, I was sweating and out of breath! love it though), so if I did it yesterday I can do it today.
I lost another 0.2 to 127.4, steady and slow progress is fine with me! It has taken me a long time to lose the 13 pounds I've lost so far, and while I would love to just BE THERE, I know that it is healthier to do it slow and steady. Of course, when I started, I was trying to lose on intuitive eating, and it was very slow. I couldn't take the slow progress and the stalling often, and always doubting and second guessing myself. I am still an intuitive person, but I'm not intuitive eater anymore LOL! You can see how much quicker I started losing on my chart after I started watching calories again. On the other hand, I've been on enough crazy diets in my life to know they backfire and the rebound gaining is as fast as lightning on extreme deprivation diets.
I probably should have waited until I reached my original goal, but I changed my goal to 118 today. That is a little bit lower than my true goal of 120, to give me a "range" to stay in for maintenance. I have been 118 before and it is not too thin, I will still have some curves left(IMPORTANT!!). It is about as low as I can go without starting to look too skinny. 115 is too thin. At that point, every pound makes a difference! I have to make sure I don't go too low.
I still have almost 10 pounds until I am there, which will probably take between 2-3 months, allowing for a little stalling here and there. My range I want to stay in is 118-121, a short string but I feel I need to be on a short one lol!
Well, as fun as it is to plan ahead, I have to take it a day at a time. I have been doing good so far this week, and I am going to do my best to keep up the momentum.
I hope everyone is doing great! I'm off to spy on you now! ;) Bye!

Howdy y'all, how was everyone's day?
I have been pretty good, I worked out today and did good on my eating YEA! I got a bit of a drop after a week of semi-bad eating and weight being either up or the same. So I'm happy about that! I should be able to reach my goal of getting to 127(even) this week if I keep doing good.
If I can manage to stay on course I should be at goal in about 6 weeks or so. So I have been thinking a lot about maintenance, and freaking out a bit too.
But I have been doing research and scouting out some support groups around the web, and found a lot of good advice that has helped me calm down.
I am starting to accept that I may have to keep counting calories, at least for a good while.
I won't gain the weight back this time, because I won't allow it to happen.
At least for the first 6 months-1 year I will keep tracking food and calories. Maybe after that I will decide I can eyeball the portions, on maybe I will be so used to it I will just keep on counting.
I am going to cut down on weighing to once or twice a week, but not until after I have found the right level of calories to stabilize my weight at goal.
I am going to buy all new clothes, and not cheap disposable ones, nice clothes like I have always wanted, and that will be another huge motivation to stay on course.
I will keep working out 30 minutes or more 3-5 days a week, and track my exercise to keep me honest.
I will keep eating healthy, and continue to limit junk to about 350 calories a day(on most days).
Planning this out has made me feel better about reaching my goal.
I am actually excited now instead of dreading it.
I hope everyone is having a good day! I am going to go read some journals now to find out! :)
