Yesterday was Day 10 of Phase I, regular fat smash. A pretty good day. I'm not losing it as fast as I did last week. Yesterday morning, the scaled said I gained .2 lbs but today I'm down to 141.0. I'll take anything I can get, tho.
I didn't cheat at all yesterday. In fact, I should've eaten more. I was just soooo busy all day until I went to bed. Today won't be as busy along with the rest of the weekend. So, I have no excuse. I went to the gym yesterday after teaching at school and got on the ellyptical for 40 minutes. I'll be happy if I can get to 138 or 139 before Sunday. :) I'm trying my BEST to drink lots of water! That's my downfall.

Day 9 of Phase I, regular fat smash.... well, if I was doing the program exactly the way you're suppose to then this would be my last day of Phase I. BUT... I decided to stay on Phase I for the rest of the week. I'll start Phase II either Sunday or Monday.
I'm doing good so far. I've had 1 cup oatmeal, 2 bananas, 12 oz Yogurt, 1 cup Milk, 1 can of Pears, 1 can of Green Beans, and 1 apple. I've also done 40 mins on the ellyptical at the gym after working with kids all morning. So.... all in all a "perfect" day. I was 141.6 lbs this morning. I'm hoping I can lose 2 lbs a day or close to it. We'll see! :)

Today is Day 8 of Phase I, regular fat smash.... The weekend was a little tough. I did well on Saturday. I took Saturday and Sunday off from the gym as my rest days. Sunday was a bit more difficult with following the diet. I just seemed hungrier that day. My husband kept telling me just to treat myself to one meal. I didn't... at first. Then, I gave in. I woke up Sunday morning at 142.2 lbs and then this morning at 143.2. So... now it's time to get disciplined again.
So, no cheating with the food today. Of course, so far I've only had 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 apple, and 1 cup of milk. I'm sure I'll be fine for the rest of the day, tho. I also went to the gym and did 40 mins on the ellyptical. I always put my resistance at "7" but you have to be careful how high you put the resistance b/c then you can potentially be making your hips bigger with gaining muscle. I had a friend who did that. So, I keep it on "7" but sometimes go down to "6". Anyway, we'll see what happens this week. If I can lose as much weight this week as I did last week, I'll be 1 lb from my goal. WooHoo! :)

Today is Day 5 of Phase I, regular fat smash. Both yesterday and today were good days. I haven't cheated at all. I went to the gym everyday this week and did 40 mins on the ellyptical (Mon-Fri). The eating hasn't been too bad, either. I weighed myself this morning and I was 142.8 lbs. So... I'm definitely making progress. I might stay on Phase I for 14 days instead of 10 days and then go to Phase II but we'll see. I've got to take it one day at a time. :)
