Yesterday was a good day! Didn't cheat at all. Got my 35 minutes on the elliptical done.
Today is day 7 of the "detox" phase. Looking forward to weighing in on Friday. I have a doctor's appt on Thursday so they have to weigh me then. BUT... I will still wait to weigh in on Friday. :)

I ended up cheating today but not real bad. I got the chicken caesar salad instead of the plain caesar salad at Zaxby's. So... I had chicken when I'm not suppose to have any meat. We went to a friend's house tonight where there was ribs, mac n cheese, potato salad and pasta salad.... AND cheesecake. BUT... I didn't eat anything while we were there. I ate before I went and then had yogurt and milk when I got home. I didn't get a chance to get on the elliptical since we had church, shopping, came home and got some stuff done and then went to our friend's house.
I did well yesterday. I didn't get a chance to journal b/c we were so busy yesterday. We had a lot of errands to run (shopping) and we wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather. I ended up cleaning out all of my cabinets in my kitchen and reorganizing and cleaning out stuff. Plus, I got several loads of laundry done. Oh... and I did my 35 minutes on the elliptical in the morning too. :) The only cheat I had was some cheese on my caesar salad at lunch. Otherwise... no cheating! :)

Today was a pretty good day. It was beautiful outside! I did school with Zach this morning, then did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then after lunch we went outside and I pushed Leah on the swing. I did good with food, although there were many times I wanted to eat whatever I wanted. I didn't cave, though. I didn't cheat unless those frozen yoplait smoothies are cheating. I am hooked on those things!

Today was a difficult day. I managed to push through, though. It was a difficult day with my kids.... especially my daughter who is VERY whiny. That, in itself, can take a lot out of you. Not only that, but we had a VERY busy. Homeschooling in the morning, exercising, trying to feed all 3 kids, cut my son's hair, showers, baths, grocery store, dinner, tee ball practice, worship team practice and finally home!! It's amazing I made it through today.
Stuck to the diet. I just tried that yoplait frozen smoothie stuff today. Wow, is it good! I think I'll use one of those once a day with my milk! The only thing I cheated with is a cheese sauce over my broccolli today but I needed it! I even had a difficult time pushing through my 30 minute elliptical workout. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little easier.

I'm back!! It's been well over a year since I've been on here. Last time was right after I had my daughter (Nov., 2008). I couldn't do the diet b/c she had reflux. Well.... I ended up having ANOTHER baby February 4, 2010. This time I had a boy. So.... I have got some baby weight to lose!
I started back today. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and have been right on with Phase I of the diet. I tried to start back at the beginning of the month but just couldn't do it. So.... hopefully I can stick to it this time. I desperately want to get this weight off.... as I'm sure everyone else wants to! lol
