Its just not possible to eat light at casa ole. I got fajita's but didnt eat the flour tortillas or sour cream or yellow onions, just the chicken and beef. had 10 chips with salsa and a few bites of rice and beans and my calorie count says 680? I'm looking at this like I should have just ate whatever, Sheez!
Anyways I was trying. Guess if I gave up the 10 chips while I was waiting STARVING then I would have did good 532 calories instead. Whatever this is so frustrating. I hate going out to eat with friends and haveing to look at everything like a pile of calories. This stinks and it ruined my Friday lunch out.

I dont care what the scale says. I'm feeling better then ever, Im watching what I eat and Im working out everyday. Maybe I'm gaining muscle with the weight lifting. I just want to be healthy that scale CAN BITE ME. I'll be weighing in today but I'm not expecting much of a drop cause that stupid scale doesnt like me. My body is complicated. She will follow along with the rutine soon cause Im starting back to derby on MONDAY and that will definately kick the weight loss into gear.
