im afraid of not being on phase 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!
Krysti, I am with you on that! Phase One was supposed to be over for me as of Sunday, but I've continued it and stuck with it better yesterday and today than I have for the past two weeks! I keep telling myself that I was not so strict last week so I can handle another week, but I am so afraid of slowing down/plateauing. I'm going to take it very slowly.
Janelleas, that's really good carb advice. I need to go home and re-read the book so I can feel better about introducing carbs and fruit.
When I started this I was dying to eat bread and bagels. I never thought I'd put off eating them once I was able to! Hang in there!

PHASE 1 - LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS?
Today is supposed to be my last day of Phase One but I've decided to stretch it out for another week. I read that Dr. Agatston "okayed" an extra week or two as well. Are you doing/considering it?
