My bio? Gosh - ok, here goes... 45, divorced, a child entering the 'tweens'. Looking for some motivational advice and just trying not to sweat the 'small stuff'. I always enjoy learning and listening to something new. My hardest part about dieting (I don't really like that word, I'd rather say - watching the weight) is the evenings. I get bored,,, and turn to food more and more. AND, I think the 'hormonal' stages are setting in, YIKES !
