ASA Everyone,
I'm excited about continuing my weight loss. Approximately July 2012 I was 298 lbs. I lost about 60 lbs. I was working out at the gym but the distance is too far. I want to loose weight within my daily routine and environment. Therefore,I hope by counting calories and keeping up with my exercise will help with my overall weight loss. I want to live a healthy lifestyle. Alhamduallah!
