So, I had a great day yesterday...breakfast on plan, lunch on plan, snack on plan (even brought it with me because I knew we would be out running errands all afternoon)I was feelin the flow. Then, dinner came around and I was tired and grumpy...my husband just had to mention Carraba's and without hesitation or thought I jumped on the idea of a huge bowl of pasta. But, I logged it all and I refuse to feel so guilty that I throw this whole week away. I will work out a little more and I will stay on plan the rest of the week. I do however, need to work on my emotional impulse food options. Lesson learned.

I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a long time. There she was again…that girl in the mirror. I still saw the same wiggly and jiggly bits, this time in much more compromising positions…and surrounded by extremely fit/gorgeous people. But this time, instead of depression and shame, I felt inspiration and hope. I know as long as I continue, that shape in the mirror will start to change and someday I will catch a glimpse of the fit and happy woman that is inside of me.
