How Often does everyone weigh themselves?
I like weighing daily, only because I like to see on a graph where things are going...it helps me see where I want to continue going...Pie charts would be even more fun...

Support for People with Partners with Atrocious Eating Habits!
Hey, all it took for me was to start making choices about the stuff I shovel into my mouth. My wife asked if I was ok with cheese pizza one night and I said yes, but when it boiled down to it, I chose to warm up the leftover rice in the fridge instead of pizza for that portion of the meal. She asked me about it, and I just replied that I was trying to watch my calories today. She wasn't insulted, and I can't expect to change her diet, but just like being around someone who is happy, it can be contagious for those around. And now that she sees my enthusiasm, I've even seen her make small changes, through no pressure from me...all the best, you have to take care of you...
