Managed to eat reasonably well, (snuck in several chocolates and savoury pies) during 3 week move into rental home whilst older home had final touch up, completely emptied and several real estate companies giving quotes.
Back to gym and work after having month off. Yay 😎

Have been sneaking in a few treats here and there whilst there’s been some changes to house being put in the market and not attending gym every second day. To date I’m still very happy with my progress.

Very happy with weight training, skipping for cardio and weight has hasn’t shifted in last fortnight. I’ve decided to drop my calories back to 1,300 and increasing my protein. 😎🤞😎
