I haven't recorded anything since October 2009. Wow, its been awhile. My weight then was 220 and my goal was 180. I now weigh 242 and my goal weight is 210. I guess i didn't realize how low in weight i was, however i have gained muscle. I am running with dad every other day, training for a 5k on February 4th. I an running 5 minutes and walking 1, so i have a 10 minute mile. I'm happy with that for now but want to improve. My ultimate goal is to do the Tulsa Run in October or November of 2012. It is a 15k. In addition to the running with dad I'm weight training with him the other days. I am bench pressing 185 12 times, but would like to be able to bench 300 in the future. :)
