Hi! I turned 50 last year and want to be the best 50 possible. I'm married with a son in college. I work part-time but getting busier every week. I've lost 30 lbs twice in the last 10 years and I'm determined to keep it off. I've crept up 5 lbs in the last year and need to lose that plus another 10. I'm doing this with two friends. We plan to be "Hot Chicks" when we take a trip in April with our husbands.
