I had a good day yesterday. I didn't get to work out because I was at the hair shop too long. So I will do my workout today. Me and my neighbor are going to do this together. So it's nice to have another diet buddy in addition to all you guys. So now it's 30 pounds or bust!!
breakfast - yogurt smoothie & pear
lunch - small salad w/ strawberries
dinner - brown rice w/ beans
sanck- apple, pickles, plum

Even though I seem movitated I'm really not!!! I have not went off the wagon or anything but I think I hit a slump. I almost have that "what's the use" feeling. I am snapping out of it and I will stay on the plan, just feeling "blah". I will blame it all on the fact that it's almost that time of the month. Okay, enough of "poor me". Here is the plan for today.
Breakfast - yogurt smoothie w/ grapes
lunch - brown rice w/ tomato & onion/ pear
dinner - not sure - probably salad
sancks - apple & strawberries

Good morning all. I am back on phase 1. I didn't do good at all this weekend. I am not beating myself up about it, it is what it is. I will keep trying until I reach my goal. I did get the EFS book but I have not finished reading it completely. So for now I will stick with FS. Here we go for today.
breakfast - yogurt w/ pear
lunch - black eyed peas w/ onion & tomatos
dinner - brown rice & veggies
sanck - apple / herbal tea
exercise for today - walk away the pounds video.

I am so glad a 3 day weekend is coming up. I plan to stay busy with my son and I have promised myself not to over do it this weekend. I am going to get the EFS diet book today and I will start fresh on Monday. It is time to get focused. I know I can reach my goal. Everyone enjoy the weekend.
