So far I lost about 5 pounds!! I am excited. I do beleive I have lost inches also because of the way my clothes fit. I have been working out four days a week. I am really excited!! :)

I have been doing very well. I really like this diet. Once you get past the first two weeks it is not bad at all. I still have not added back on a lot of phase two foods but I don't feel deprived of anything. I have been keeping up with all of my workouts. I will weigh myself tomorrow.

I had fallen off the wagon but I am back on. I am actually doing the South Beach diet now. So here we go again! But I am not giving up.

Yesterday I ate good but I do an entire mile on the treadmil. I have a cold, again, so I was coughing about 15 minutes into it so I stopped. I will try again tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone.
