It’s been a hectic few weeks, holidays, birthdays and not feeling overly motivated. The last week I really pushed myself to get back into losing the weight and here we are. I’m back! 🫶🏼🤸🏻

Long grain rice, sweet chilli and soy sauce Quorn pieces and tenderstem broccoli 😊 Meal prep is a right faff but I’m always grateful for it the day after!

I’ve been so quiet on here recently, I’ve massively drifted and lost motivation recently. That stops TODAY. I plateaued and somewhat gave up, it happens and I’m trying to not be too hard on myself! Back on it and feeling good. Todays grub, Turkish Eggs 🤤

Pesto Eggs! Seeded bread, smoked back bacon, the best free range eggs I could buy (cheap eggs are an absolute no in this house), pesto, chilli jam and sesame seeds. I love breakfast for dinner 🤤
