Help! I have allowed myself to fall into the SUGAR ABYSS of Hell. I seem to crave anything sweet and once I start there is no end. NEVER have I had this problem. Will begin a walking program this morning although the humidity is a good 95%. There is no good excuse for gaining my weight back. Seven pounds is seven pounds too many. Good luck to all of you on the same journey!

I am so disappointed in myself. I have let the promise I made to myself, not to gain the weight back slip away. I know today is the day I must get serious again and watch my food intake and get off the sugars. It will not be easy I know, but the results are so worthwhile.
